Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ 2–3 years of relevant experience servicing copiers or printers is accepted.
∎ Strong knowledge of Multifunctional (Copier/Printer) hardware and functions.
∎ Candidates who have experience with other Computer Hardware troubleshooting will get preferences.
∎ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to travel for on-site technical support.
∎ A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot monochrome and color copiers and printers of known brands like Toshiba, Canon, Sharp, Nashua tech, HP, Brother etc.
∎ Diagnose hardware/software faults and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
∎ Carry out routine preventive maintenance of copiers and printers.
∎ Willing to travel to projects all over Bangladesh to install/configure and troubleshoot copiers and printers.
∎ Keep accurate inventory and service logs.
∎ Provide user training on copier and printer usage and basic troubleshooting.
