∎ Minimum HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to give guideline/ instruction to subordinates providing supervision to entire Sewing Section for quality.
∎ Responsible for Quality assurance. Need to maintain house- keeping and cleanliness in the factory.
∎ Giving proper training to quality inspectors.
∎ To find out the root cause of failure of the inspection and to inform this to the responsible department/ section.
∎ To keep all documents and data of inspection. Need to maintain all records properly
∎ Liable for any major violation of workmanship in the goods allowed for shipment.
∎ Liable for any claim from buyer / customer regarding quality which was not identified by assurance team.
∎ Need to attend PP meeting.
∎ Need to evaluate subordinates every months.
∎ Need to maintain defect level accordingly
∎ Need to do any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Garments
∎ Age 28 to 34 year(s)
∎ Should have basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of the computer, especially MS Word, Excel.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage a team.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment and set target.
