∎ HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible to solve troubleshoot all of the machinery.
∎ • To maintaining all the machineries of the factory in proper working condition by providing support to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ • To identifying & implementing various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ • To layout the machineries according to the different style requirement.
∎ • Machine maintenance and repairs and change parts if require.
∎ • Responsible to assist for set up new machine.
∎ • To providing maintenance related required support to the production and any other task assign by departmental head
∎ • Daily repairing and servicing works follow-up with the team and reporting to management.
∎ • To report immediately to management about Unavailability of parts accessories, attachment and tools needed in repairs.
∎ • To maintain the Cleanliness of all machines and accessories at all times
∎ • To replace all missing spare parts on machines, machines tables, accessories and attachments upon notices.
∎ • Preventive maintenance to be carried out to avoid machine breakdown.
∎ •Perform and supervise all kinds of Mechanical works including installation, maintenance, repair, renovation, and modification.
∎ •Cleaning and Lubrication of machines by following the standards procedure (SOP).
∎ •Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and operational problems of sewing machines.
∎ •Maintain the Required Spare Parts (Imported and Local) for all Equipment and Machinery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Efficiency Bonus
