Job Context:
∎ Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of PepsiCo in Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent engineers to fill the mentioned position for Dhaka Plant & Chattogram Plant.
∎ The candidate must have in-depth technical skills with clear knowledge on production/maintenance works of the plant. Having expertise on Production Operation/ Maintenance with Multinational/FMCG/well established beverages or food manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the shift wise production/mechanical/ electrical maintenance works.
∎ To follow the shift schedule as well as maintenance schedule and maintaining records.
∎ To solve instant problem in running condition of the machines with minimum breakdown.
∎ Primary diagnostics, troubleshooting, modification & repairing malfunction in mechanical/ electrical system.
∎ Execution of preventive & corrective maintenance of Electrical/Mechanical System.
∎ Performing routine maintenance of electrical/mechanical aspects of manufacturing and utilities equipment’s.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of beverages manufacturing Machines.
∎ Operation/Maintenance of CSD Line, Syrup & CIP System, Water Line (Aqufina), CO2 Plant & HVAC System.
∎ Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in all phases of production/maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in analytical problem solving of modern electrical/mechanical system & devices.
∎ Have expertise on report preparation like production, wastage, yield.
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards for Production Operation/Maintenance operations of the plant.
∎ Co-ordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, production operation, engineering team and related technical teams to identify, defines, and solves departmental or technical problems.
∎ Providing guidance to the subordinate and handle Operators/Technicians/line support staff.
∎ Liaison with professional service providers (Engineers, Suppliers, Technical Experts etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Shift Engineer-Production/Maintenance in the relevant field or food & beverages-manufacturing industry.
∎ Having Experience in operation and maintenance.
∎ Should have computer literacy.
