Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring plan wise quality full production per shift.
∎ Analyze of finishing faults and fix set parameters for next time don’t happen faults.
∎ Proper controlling all types of fabric GSM, Shrinkage, Spirality.
∎ Must have idea about knitting for control GSM, Shrinkage, Spirality.
∎ Parameters and quality should be ensured in brushing and shearing.
∎ Must ensure heat set parameters for control finish fabric GSM, Shrinkage, Spirality.
∎ Ensuring Shade roll parameters
∎ Maintaining proper housekeeping.
∎ Delivery plan follow up and update.
∎ Good idea about of all kinds of finishing machinery.
∎ Attend continuous training for the daily improvement.
∎ To Make quick decision & highlight the problem then solved.
∎ Excellent capability to lead the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience at dyeing-finishing section in export oriented knit dyeing composite industry.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
