∎ Greeting & assisting customers, providing detailed information, and maintaining quality service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining effective communication & business relationships with existing & potential customers.
∎ Collecting & analyzing competitor’s products & new launches activities in the market.
∎ Leading, providing training & motivating the experience center staff to ensure benchmark operation.
∎ Gathering customer feedback & market insights to improve the experience center’s performance.
∎ Ensuring the experience center aligns with brand standards & guidelines.
