∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run individually a showroom/outlet where 5/10 people are engaged for daily retail sales.
∎ To work as the key person of the showroom to enhance and develop sales.
∎ Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales and be capable of gain attracting potential customers.
∎ Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing, accounts, inventory, customer relations & care.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Make sure that all reports (week ending and month ending business report) are submitted to head office in time.
∎ Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
∎ Sales target should be achieved monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Ensuring that all cash is banked daily and weekly remittances are submitted to the head office along with the report.
∎ Provide proper after-sales service to customer according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.
∎ Take an effective part in all company sales promotions.
∎ Experienced to run pos system.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources at the showroom provided by the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in fashion house, Life style outlet management.

Salary: Negotiable
