Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bring clients to sell/promote our services (door, furniture, interior services).
∎ Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to foster loyalty and retention.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs effectively.
∎ Maintain and update customer records and databases.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Executive to manage the showroom's day-to-day activities, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our range of door and furniture products, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Bring clients to sell/promote our services (door, furniture, interior services).
