Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they are carried out as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
∎ Technical Assistance: Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring proper implementation of plans.
∎ Resource Management: Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
∎ Quality Control and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
∎ Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.
