Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Priority will be given for Government Polytechnic Institute)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of basic civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, pile work, form work, foundation, building construction, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ To manage construction labor and sub-contractors.
∎ Assuring quality of construction works.
∎ To supervise construction works.
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Maintain quality work in scheduled time.
∎ To prepare contractors bill as per quality of completed works as terms and condition of work order
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
∎ Communication with MD/GM/PE regarding implementation works.
∎ Checking received materials quantity & quality.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition and Material Receiving Report
∎ Coordinate with procurement & ensure proper Inventory of all stores/ materials at site.
∎ Prepare report on progress of construction work under concerned project weekly/daily basis.
∎ Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in MS word, Excel & Auto CAD 2D
∎ Experience in Building construction
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communications skill
Salary: Negotiable
