∎ We are currently seeking a highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Site Engineer to join our team in both Chittagong and Dhaka. As an MEP Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all MEP activities on our construction projects in these locations. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, manage, and supervise MEP installations, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
∎ Coordinate with consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure the adherence to project standards and regulations.
∎ Identify and resolve any MEP-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
∎ Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the project management team.
∎ Ensure all MEP installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience working as an MEP Site Engineer in the construction industry.
∎ Age below 35 years preferable
∎ Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
∎ Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred.
∎ Experience with MEP software and tools is a plus.

∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali (Bangla).
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
