∎ Candidate must have project experience with similar role.
∎ Candidate with certified training on project management, Etabs and AutoCAD from local/abroad will get preference.
∎ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Willingness to work in plant and travel as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all site operations to ensure that construction work is carried out according to design specifications, standards and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with project executives, contractors and subcontractors to execute work schedules.
∎ Conduct regular inspection and quality check of materials, workmanship and equipment used on-site to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material delivery logs and worker attendance.
∎ Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
∎ Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
∎ Monitor the use of materials, equipment and labor to ensure efficient use of resources and prevent wastage.
∎ Any other tasks as per management instructions.
