Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of Construction of building & finishing works in residential / commercial building and adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, preparation of Company’s bills, checking of measurement books, etc
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standards, operation & as per drawings and other specifications mentioned in Contract Agreement .
∎ Making weekly & daily construction plan and schedule.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to the Contract Agreement.
∎ Daily Meeting with labor contractors and other site staff for the work schedule of next day.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage construction site efficiently
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 12 years works experience in construction field out of this at least 8 years experience in similar position.
∎ Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
