∎ Pilling, RCC casting, Brick, Plaster, Tiles & Others Finishing work, Electric & Sanitary wearing etc
∎ Material & Quality control of the works.
∎ Actual Estimate etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At list 3-5 years experience at any reputed Real Estate/Developer Company
∎ Knowledge about Real Estate market of Bangladesh.
∎ Good negotiation skill
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Smart, energetic & dynamic in job areas.
∎ Proficient in Computer skill
∎ Good communication skill both in Bangali and English.
