∎ Diploma-in-Civil engineering with a minimum of 02 or 03 years of experience.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ understanding quality over Architectural drawing.
∎ Take measurement from site.
∎ problem solving skill of site & monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Supervising all construction works at the site by attending the workplace during the job execution to meet the expected quality and time frame.
∎ Implementing the work by contractors as per the work program and giving necessary instructions accordingly.
∎ Ensuring the quality of materials at the site.
∎ Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
∎ Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
∎ Ensuring project merchandising and branding during the construction period.
∎ Materials receiving & distribution for projects, update material record.
∎ The Company ‘s various electronic devices such as light, switch boards ete, Should be monitored and repaired if they are damaged.
∎ The Company ‘s various furniture needs to be monitored and repaired if the furniture is damaged.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure and long hours.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge in drawing development (2D and 3D in AutoCAD),
∎ good technical skills, and ability to work with Electrical Engineers in overlapping sections.
∎ Technical: Good Skills to understand all types of drawing like Architectural, Structural, and Project Cost estimation.
∎ Managing Skill: Able to handle construction contractors and labor.
∎ Able to operate a computer and strong skills in MSWord & MS-Excel programs.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
