∎ বয়লারের নিরাপদ এবং কার্যকর পরিচালনা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ বয়লারের বিভিন্ন যন্ত্রাংশ ও সরঞ্জাম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ বয়লারের চাপ, তাপমাত্রা ও অন্যান্য প্যারামিটার নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
∎ বয়লারের বাষ্প বা গরম জলের ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা।
