∎ Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)
∎ Presentable and confident in front of the camera
∎ Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
∎ Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Go live on Facebook/Instagram to promote and showcase our products.
∎ Reply to customer messages on all social media platforms.
∎ Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Assist with regular office work as needed.
