∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
∎ Proficiency in content creation tools and Graphic design software

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
∎ Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies like content including posts, graphics, videos, and articles to align with business goals.
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
∎ Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
∎ Edit and Finalize Video
∎ Have to Manage social media Pages.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
∎ Set specific objectives and report on ROI
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
∎ Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
∎ Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, customer service to ensure brand consistency
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
∎ Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
∎ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
