∎ Strong interest in fashion.
∎ 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or content coordination role in fashion or beauty.
∎ Proficiency in Klaviyo, Google Suite, and Canva (Shopify and Adobe Suite experience highly regarded).
∎ Impeccable organization skills and file management discipline.
∎ Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail and tone.
∎ A proactive mindset and collaborative approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
∎ Strong creative instincts and a passion for building brands in the digital space.
∎ Previous sales and/or e-commerce experiences are highly preferred.
∎ Proactive, enthusiastic, hardworking, responsible as a team player, with great time management skills.
∎ Experience managing budgets, contracts, and cross-functional marketing projects.
∎ A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with brand, product, and retail teams

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with design teams and external agencies on content and digital assets.
∎ Support execution of our marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives are delivered on time.
∎ Assist with 360° campaign execution across digital, CRM, paid, and experiential channels.
∎ Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, write compelling copy, and manage list segmentation and flows.
∎ Monitor performance metrics (CTR, open rates, A/B tests), reporting weekly insights and optimization recommendations.
∎ Coordinate paid media asset delivery including creative briefing, ad copywriting, and stakeholder approvals.
∎ Support affiliate marketing partnerships and ensure campaign placements align with brand strategy.
∎ Assist in end-to-month reporting and trend analysis, contributing insights that inform strategic decisions.
∎ Manage logistics for photoshoots including talent coordination, production documents, and on-set support. Organize file management systems & post shoot editing briefs.
∎ Coordinate brand activations, collaborations, and sponsorships, ensuring deliverables are met and content is aligned.
∎ Assist in managed influencer partnerships & showroom actives.
∎ Lead media relations, manage press releases, lookbooks, and event coverage to grow media admiration and trust
∎ Craft brand-aligned narratives for new season collections and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
∎ Plan and execute engaging press events, seasonal showings, and influencer activations
∎ Support the daily operations of the Rag & Bone Shopify+ ecommerce website.
∎ Assist with uploading and updating product listings and promotional content.
∎ Assist with organizing product photoshoots and managing imagery for the site.
∎ Support visual merchandising and category management on the site.
∎ Perform regular checks to ensure a smooth and premium online experience.
