∎ Digital Marketing Training from a recognized institute (e.g., BASIS, Google Digital Garage, Udemy, Coursera).

∎ Other Preferences: Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and video editing tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and post engaging content on Facebook, TikTok to promote hospital services like LASIK and cataract surgeries.
∎ Run targeted ad campaigns to attract patients.
∎ Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
∎ Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional materials using tools like Canva.
∎ Share patient success stories and hospital achievements.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns for special offers and new services.
∎ Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Develop ideas to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Conduct online surveys and use feedback to improve services.
∎ Suggest creative ideas to increase patient numbers and boost revenue.
∎ Research market trends and competitors to keep the hospital ahead.
