∎ 7+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or real estate marketing.
∎ Strong portfolio of creative content and ad campaign success.
∎ Expertise in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and WordPress/Wix.
∎ Knowledge of the real estate market and buyer behaviors is a plus.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute high-quality visual content (images, reels, carousels, stories, banners, etc.) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
∎ Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, ads, and stories that engage and convert.
∎ Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all platforms.
∎ Manage and grow multiple real estate social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Schedule, post, and monitor content performance using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
∎ Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to increase engagement and trust.
∎ Design, launch, and optimize targeted Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads campaigns to attract qualified real estate buyers.
∎ Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and creatives for maximum ROI.
∎ Set up retargeting and lookalike audiences to drive conversions.
∎ Create lead capture funnels and landing pages using tools like Leadpages, Mailchimp, or site builders like Wix, WordPress, etc.
∎ Integrate lead generation efforts with a CRM system to track, manage, and nurture leads.
∎ Build and manage high-converting real estate websites and property landing pages.
∎ Ensure sites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and integrated with social media and email tools.
∎ Regularly update site content and optimize for user experience.
∎ Strategically build and engage real estate-focused communities or groups (e.g., Facebook Groups).
∎ Encourage user-generated content, referrals, and client testimonials.
∎ Host virtual open houses, live sessions, and buyer/seller Q&As.
∎ Track KPIs and performance metrics for social media, ad campaigns, and lead funnels.
∎ Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
