Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Service (Wholesale & Retail):Provide quick and personalized service to customers based on their needs.
∎ Social Media & Page Management:Reply to messages and comments on Facebook and other platforms. Handle orders quickly and properly.
∎ Product Selection & Inventory Coordination:Find and choose trending products. Manage stock based on customer needs and market trends.
∎ Brand Engagement & Growth:Interact to customers to build trust and improve the brand.Foster long-term engagement with the audience.
∎ Professional Customer Interaction:Communicate with politeness, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
∎ Capture real photos and videos for promotions. Keep the brand style consistent.
∎ Should be available to do Facebook Live once a week, if required.
∎ Update the daily sales in the sales report using Google Sheets.
∎ Reporting:Submit daily and weekly reports summarizing tasks and outcomes.
