∎ We are a service company who provides risk consulting, training and IT services to help our clients in growing their business. Besides, we work on the development of software for the banking sector.
∎ We provide IT consulting in areas of Web Development, Application Development, Testing and Maintenance. We have developed our proprietary analytical platform (LADA) and have been involved across the complete product lifecycle of the product. We have also developed multiple mobile apps for banking clients. We have an expert team of web developers and have created dynamic websites for multiple clients.

∎ We are looking for a Software Developer who has full stack knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall provide expertise on multiple phases of a project lifecycle from concept development to solutions design, implementation, optimization, and support.
∎ Create software programmers using R, PHP etc.
∎ Basic understanding of Data science and R packages used in Data Science
∎ Understanding of front end design and development.
∎ Communicate with external/internal stakeholders.
∎ Assess different issues and generate feasible ideas to solve them related to our company's objective.
∎ Design new products that complement the newly generated ideas and consider multiple ways that the product can be tailored to solve complex problems.
∎ Design/develop high-quality websites/blogs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of programming language R(mandatory) and at least one of PHP/C/Java.
∎ Must have very clear concept on Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Maria DB/MySQL.
∎ Innovative, creative and must be an out-of-the-box thinker
∎ Ensure that development progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time
∎ Smart + Good written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
∎ Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced (nimble) environment
∎ Knowledge on Web technologies such as HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax
∎ Good at critical problem solving and software testing
∎ Knowledge on Android/IOS development
∎ Good to Have:
∎ Understanding of Agile Methodologies
∎ Prior expertise in web development
Salary:
∎ CTC: BDT 6-8 lacs per annum
