∎ 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or software sales
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Basic understanding of software products (e.g., ERP, HRM, CRM, School Management Software, etc.)
∎ Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
∎ Digital marketing skills - Such as Facebook boosting, basic Google Ads, and email campaigns - are a plus.
∎ Having an existing network or client bases in Dhaka or the surrounding areas is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients in sectors like garments, education, healthcare, and SMBs.
∎ Conduct client meetings and product demos, both online and in-person.
∎ Prepare marketing pitches, proposals, and documentation.
∎ Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, email, events, and field visits.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with product offerings.
∎ Represent g8 Agency at trade fairs, networking events, and industry meetups

We help local businesses—such as garment manufacturers, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and medium-sized enterprises—digitize and streamline their operations through innovative software solutions. We're growing and looking for 2 dynamic software marketing executives to help us reach more clients and make an impact in the Bangladeshi market.
