Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements.
∎ Prepare detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) documents ensuring clarity and completeness.
∎ Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
∎ Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and address issues to keep projects on track.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact between the engineering and business teams.
∎ Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
∎ Facilitate communication and understanding between the two teams.
∎ Contribute to the development of the product vision and strategy.
∎ Incorporate market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities into the product roadmap.
∎ Define and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
∎ Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
∎ Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to internal teams and stakeholders.
∎ Act as a subject matter expert for product-related inquiries.
∎ Experience in software product management, with a focus on requirement analysis, SRS preparation, and project management.
∎ Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and UX/UI principles.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

∎ The Software Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our software products. This individual will concentrate on requirement analysis, Software Requirement Specification (SRS) preparation, and effective project management, acting as the crucial link between the engineering and business teams. The primary goal is to ensure the seamless and successful development and delivery of our software products.
