Job Responsibilities:
∎ PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE DIRECT SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPERIENCE.
∎ Develop unit tests and end-to-end tests involving both frontend and backend software modules.
∎ Review Project requests and develops automation plans covering complex functions and integrated environments.
∎ Experiences in analyzing complex systems and developing strategies to test such systems.
∎ Experience on multiple platforms like Mobile (Android, iOS) and Web.
∎ Develop test automation framework, automation scripts, and automated test cases contributing to smoke, regression, smoke, sanity, and system test suites with object-oriented design principles.
∎ Performance and security testing basic knowledge is a must.
∎ Participate in project team meetings for up-front analysis and design activities to provide testing/SQA inputs.
∎ Design, Develop and Integrate automated test scripts and results with Test Case Management and Defect Management software to provide accurate test metrics and test management data.
∎ Knowledge of source control systems and configuration management.
∎ Knowledge of integrating automated test software with test management and defect management applications.
∎ Should have previous experience in SCRUM-based Agile team.
∎ Proven skill in testing software development and web application experience.
∎ Understanding of testing of web standards and responsive design techniques.
∎ The candidate must be able to work independently.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Demonstrate a structured and transparent approach to managing multiple priorities.
∎ Passionate about problem-solving more efficiently.
∎ Good command of English.
∎ Has to attend meetings with the client.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3+ years of experience in test case development and software testing
∎ In-depth understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
∎ Understanding full-stack development is required
∎ Good proficiency in testing REST APIs is desired
∎ Experience in test automation using tools like Postman, Protractor, etc.
∎ Experience with MySQL/Postgres databases
∎ Proficiency in Git is desired
∎ Understand the core values of Agile, especially iterative/adaptive development
∎ Experience with CI/CD workflow is a plus
