Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement testing patterns and best practices to ensure adequate test coverage across all of our solutions.
∎ Responsible for testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of systems application software.
∎ Prepare and implement software test plans, test designs, test objectives, test cases and test reports.
∎ Identify, evaluate and record questionable behavior, defects, inconsistencies and errors with application functionality, online screens, output and content.
∎ Prepare automated test solutions utilizing state-of-the-art software testing practices and tools.
∎ Respond to all technical support inquiries pertinent to software application's functions and operation.
∎ Follow Quality Control processes according to industry-standard practices.
∎ Communicate with all the key stakeholders to ensure the QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
∎ Ability to extract the non-functional requirements from the specification.
∎ Working in Gray box testing approach.?Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
∎ Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
∎ Ensure the quality of the products complies with defined standards and the client's needs.
∎ Identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and suggest the best solution.
∎ Functional Exploratory testing, Integration testing, UI/UX testing, Security testing, and Accessibility testing.
∎ Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Identify issues and write detailed bug reports during the development cycle.
∎ Documenting all issues related to tests and test failure and sharing the results with the team.
∎ Take complete ownership of client/project requirements.
∎ Prepare the end-user documentation, operational procedures, user manual, and training manual.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Computer Science graduate with 2-5 years of experience in the Software Industry especially in Software Quality Assurance.
∎ Basic understanding of programming and hands-on knowledge in a programming language/framework like Java/Angular/Springboot/PHP.
∎ Have strong SQA technical skills, both functional and non-functional, Performance Test, manual, and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
∎ Skill in SQA of ERP, Web Applications, API testing, Smartphone applications, Security Testing, Performance Testing, Hybrid Cross Platform Mobile Apps, etc.
∎ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an agile environment.
∎ Overall, a good team player as well as have individual working capabilities.
