Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial and commercial solar projects (CAPEX and OPEX).
∎ Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar projects.
∎ Design solar PV systems, including module layout, inverter selection, and electrical system design.
∎ Develop energy yield assessments (PVsyst reports) and project cost estimations.
∎ Identify and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for solar equipment and materials.
∎ Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications for procurement.
∎ Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
∎ Lead the execution of EPC solar projects from design to commissioning.
∎ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
∎ Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support as needed.
∎ Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
∎ Prepare and present project updates to management, investors, and clients.
∎ Assist in contract negotiation and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) discussions for OPEX projects.
∎ Maintain detailed project documentation, including design reports, work progress reports, and budget tracking.
∎ Generate weekly/monthly project status reports for senior management.

∎ We are looking for a highly skilled Solar Project Execution Lead to oversee the proposal preparation, system design, procurement, and execution of EPC solar projects under both CAPEX & OPEX models in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar project engineering, procurement, and execution, ensuring efficient project completion.
∎ Responsibilities:
