Job Context:
∎ As a solution architect, you are an important member of our technical team, identifying complex challenges of your customers` and driving solutions with market-leading products and services. You are the technical sales representative of the company and focus on customer satisfaction with all that you do. You will collaborate with Sales and Business Development unit by requirement analysis, solution design and maintaining partnerships with OEMs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and effectively present our solutions
∎ Work closely with customers to identify the requirements - effectively engages technology partners to design the solution
∎ Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of our products and solutions
∎ Educate customers on the emerging technologies
∎ Enable and leverage technology partners to qualify the opportunities
∎ Create technical specifications (BoM) with customers and provide technical support during pre-sales, proposal generation and contract negotiations.
∎ Differentiate from industry technologies and solution
∎ Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in technical communities of interest
∎ Effective in customer-facing engagement, in writing, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
∎ Support company efforts at technical conferences
∎ Technical training and support to internal teams
∎ Prepare set of technical questions for Pre-Bid meeting and attend pre-bid meeting for clarification of technical requirements.
∎ Prepare design, HLD-LLD drawing, layout, WBS, technical Terms & Conditions, hardware warranty clauses, service and support escalation matrix and service and hardware compliance sheet with reference.
∎ Design custom network solutions for customers and prepare Technical Proposal, Item List Sheet with reference documents.
∎ By analyzing current technologies, propose and establish framework for solution architectures design containing cloud, on-premise, connectivity and security.
∎ Strategic engagement with carriers to assist with the negotiation of key partnerships, new product arrangements, and terms and conditions.
∎ Communicate/negotiate with Vendor to meet the deadline.
∎ Engage 3rd Party Vendor and collect installation and configuration plan from them and Production environment setup with vendor or engineer team.
∎ Collect MAF, hardware datasheet, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pre-sales experience handling customers in different industry segments like BFSI, Enterprise, Telco etc.
∎ Industry knowledge of security and network product and technology trends
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
∎ Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
∎ Good understanding of business scenarios with product knowledge to formulate a realistic and executable strategy for emerging technology adoption among enterprises.
∎ Possess blend of technological knowledge across various security, enterprise networks, datacenter, cloud networking and information systems vendors.
∎ Good connects with OEMs/ Distributors will be a value addition
∎ OEM/Vendor Certifications from Huawei, Fortinet, Paloalto, VMware, RedHat, etc. will be a value addition
