∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
∎ Professional certifications in supply chain management, procurement, or global sourcing will be an added advantage.

∎ Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and team collaboration.
∎ Knowledge of international trade compliance and documentation is a plus.
∎ Willingness to travel internationally if required.

∎ Continuously research and suggest innovative materials and suppliers to support product development.
∎ Manage and maintain supplier databases, contracts, and purchase records.
∎ Analyze and report market trends, sourcing metrics, and supplier performance for strategic decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of sourced materials.
