∎ JOB PURPOSE: The Specialist will be addressing the communications needs of the project including knowledge management, documentation and dissemination and promotion of project activities. They will be responsible in administrating, coordinating and fulfilling all visibility needs of the project.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create opportunities and scope for developing new content and revamping existing content as communications materials for the project.
∎ Develop audio-visuals on various components of the programme and ensure timely dissemination for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Liaise with internal communications unit in planning, managing and executing content for social media and website.
∎ Draft articles for media and blogs for the website on regular intervals.
∎ Develop, edit and proofread communication products such as articles, e-newsletters, brochures, annual reports, etc.
∎ Support in dissemination and e-documentation of knowledge products in regular intervals.
∎ Support in the procurement of communication services and materials and management of vendors.
∎ Undertake logistics related to events and press conferences.
∎ Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
