Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in CSE, EEE
∎ Masters in any other related technical field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCTV Installation, CCTV Maintaining, Cisco Switch and Router, Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Server Management, server security, Website maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, ISP, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement network strategies by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency.
∎ Plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
∎ Prepare network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements.
∎ Designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
∎ Evaluate network performance by monitoring network flow, system analysis and tuning. Troubleshooting network problems, escalating problems to vendor.
∎ Conduct user experience training, providing references and support.
∎ Upgrade network system as per operational and user requirements, research new technology and trends that meets short term and long term objectives.
∎ Administer CCTV background in Setting up, operating and integrating of CCTV systems, maintain the overall CCTV operation from the central hub. Periodically assess and execute outlet oriented CCTV measures.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and management of CCTV, Attendance machines, Access control devices and other IT equipments.
∎ Assess company surveillance system, suggest and implement most effective surveillance measures. Purchase and responsible for all kinds of quality IT & CCTV equipments from trust worthy vendors. Follow up bill payments & maintain related documents.
∎ Protect company credentials and maintain standard data privacy by taking proper measures and necessary actions as and when needed.
∎ Troubleshoot system & network problems & Diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required.
∎ Provide IT support to user end of the Company, Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Maintain daily routine tasks like Configure protocols, Taking Backup, Update Switching, Routing and Firewall.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English is required.
∎ Experience working with systems like CISCO high end router, Oracle Database, Linux Platform, High Level Firewall Configuration, Web Design & Hosting.
∎ Must have CCTV system administrative background in setup, operation, and integration of CCTV systems and expertise in software and hardware of analog and digital video cameras,
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment -ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
∎ Must have the mentality to visit anywhere in Bangladesh.
