Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the daily inbound and outbound calls
∎ To manage & run a designated call team effectively & efficiently
∎ To develop a Short term & long term call center action plan
∎ Prepare roaster plan for the agents (If required)
∎ Call analysis and plan for process betterment
∎ To train, develop & motivate agents to run the operation smoothly
∎ Develop call center technology & processes for optimum result.
∎ Regular follow up to ensure smooth coordination with the delivery team
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
∎ Maintain strong relationship with clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced Excel skills are highly required.
∎ Skilled in other MS Office tools.
