∎ Willing to work for sports that require physical activity
∎ Able to work with much energy and enthusiasm for sports
∎ Good at record keeping and reporting about the various stocks
∎ Flexible approach to work; willingness to work outside office hours, including weekends and evenings, if required on rare occasions
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all the sports facilities of the university (multipurpose hall, indoor games rooms, football field, cricket practice net, etc.)
∎ Maintain sports schedule for various games at multipurpose hall Maintain sports register for borrowing sports equipment
∎ Work with various different types of sports machinery and equipment
∎ Unlocking and locking of grounds and games rooms each day including unlocking external doors, checking areas are safe and reporting damages
∎ Ensuring the cleanliness of the university sports grounds and work areas
∎ Preparing and maintaining a variety of sports surfaces and facilities to a high standard and ensuring the workability
∎ Report about any health and safety issue and work on the remedy in collaboration with the sports and maintenance teams
∎ BRAC University is searching for a qualified Sports Assistant to oversee the valuable sports facilities and equipment.
