Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Pharm / M. Pharm from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback
∎ Train field force on assigned products.
∎ Monitor the availability of RM & PM to factory on time, in co-ordination with Purchase Dept. with new to ensuring smooth supply of Finished Products on time.
∎ Develop the design of Packaging Materials & Printed Materials as or when required
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution to the field forces
∎ Analyze the MPO, FM & RSM Product wise Sales regularly & monthly and communicate with the field forces for the following reasons-
∎ To monitor the promotional activity of the field forces and give clear guidelines to them
∎ To build rapport with key opinion leader of the assigned portfolio.
∎ To observe the competitors' activities.
∎ Ensure all regulatory related activities regulatory through communicating & physical contacting with Drugs, BSTI, & others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proficiency in MS office package.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Excellent Analytical ability to develop innovative concept.
Salary: Negotiable
