Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze business requirements related to ERP and e-commerce systems. Design and implement solutions that optimize processes and enhance system functionality.
∎ Develop professional grade Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use Case Document, Process Flow Diagram, Activity Diagram in order to record system requirements
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve system efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
∎ Oversee the integration of ERP and e-commerce systems with other business applications. Ensure seamless data flow and compatibility between systems.
∎ Analyze data from ERP and e-commerce platforms to generate insights and recommendations. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
∎ Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet business requirements and quality standards. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
∎ Provide support to end-users and develop training materials to enhance user proficiency with ERP and e-commerce systems.
∎ Manage relationships with software development vendors. Evaluate new solutions and technologies to recommend enhancements or upgrades.
∎ Lead or participate in projects related to ERP and e-commerce systems, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
