∎ Diploma in Civil in from any Govt. Polytechnic institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
in industrial building construction specially in Garment industries.
Job Context:
∎ Candidate have to supervise industrial building construction.
∎ Should have knowledge of quantity and quality of industrial structural construction as per design and specification.
∎ Should have knowledge of repairing and maintenance of industrial building.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge about update BNBC – 2020 and Accord/RSC code.
∎ Should have knowledge to make BOQ.
∎ Sound knowledge about AutoCAD to make any kind of design and drawing.
∎ Preparation of projects, Construction plans and work schedule.
∎ Preparation of work procedures of construction works.
∎ Ensure quality of work is maintained as per the design and specification.
∎ Prepare & maintain site measurement book.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in industrial building construction specially in Garment industries.
∎ Candidates must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
∎ Candidates must have very good work ethics and have high attention to detail.
