∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Commerce/ Business Graduates preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Distribution, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of Banking, L/C, BBL/C and CNF activities.
∎ Capable to handle export/import process and related documentations.
∎ Perform IRC, VAT, Tax and TIN related Tasks.
∎ Maintain liaison with government offices for all types of licenses, trademarks and permissions of the company.
∎ Processing corporate project bank loan and Maintain relationship by visiting with banks for loan processing and other day to day banking related tasks.
∎ Execute all types of purchase activities by sourcing and negotiating with potential suppliers on regular basis.
∎ Ensure documentation of incoming and outgoing mails, timely dispatch of courier parcels to field officers.
∎ Maintain stock by keeping record of quality and quantity of stock levels and prepare weekly, monthly and annual stock status report.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ The applicant must have adequate knowledge on land related documents.
∎ Monitor and maintain all types of company assets, vehicle and utility services.
∎ Any other commercial related task assigned by the managements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
∎ Polite and skilled communicator.
∎ Need to be highly organized and able to successfully interact with high level Govt officials, bankers etc.
∎ Able to multitask.
∎ Good Command on MS Excel and MS Office application and ERP Software.
Salary: Negotiable
