∎ We are looking for a goal driven personality who has a strategically planned mind, extreme quick learner with situational adaptability, tech savvy & smart enough to contribute in our technology team. The recruit will contribute to the development and management of our android and ios based mobile app for the Vehicle Tracking Product. The scope of the job will cover all aspects starting from design to development and subsequent rollout in the marketplace / store working with cross-functional teams. The recruit will also help by providing knowledge about best practices in terms of technology, design & deployment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and build advanced native applications for the android & ios platforms
∎ Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
∎ Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
∎ Help maintain code quality and organisation
∎ A self-starter and self-directed once the strategy, architecture, and roadmap are aligned
∎ Able to find opportunities to add value and execute solutions working closely with cross-functional teams to roll out new features
∎ Track potentially disruptive technologies related to mobile development and lead the strategic response
∎ Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation
∎ Take ownership of your work through all phases
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating programming and app design skills.
∎ Expert knowledge of Native platforms (Android, iOS, Java, Swift, etc)
∎ Additional knowledge of hybrid platforms such as Kotlin, flutter is a plus.
∎ Strong idea about maps api and location based UX implementation
∎ Ability to manage source code in git / similar platforms.
∎ Passionate about building products and organized
∎ Three or more years of industry experience.
∎ Communication is the key. Recruit needs to be able to communicate not only with other developers but also with management, non-tech team members & external parties
∎ Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced
∎ Sound mature judgement and decision-making ability
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ We are looking for an honest, dedicated, and responsible individual
∎ Mandatory Skills Requirement:
∎ Native App Development, Android, iOS, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Maps API, UI & UX implementation, Trello, Analytics Management, Team Player, Flutter, Kotlin
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 54000 (Monthly)
∎ Higher paycheck we can offer based on experience
