∎ Selima Medical College Hospital Ltd. - A sister concern of BRB Cable Industries Ltd. invites applications from Bangladeshi nationals for recruitment Engineers for its under construction hospital project. Required Position, Qualification & Experience are described below:-
∎ Work Place: The position requires to work in Kushtia. The selected candidates required to stay in Kushtia with family.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clear understanding of Mechanical Works including HVAC, Medical Gas System, Lift, Fire Protection and Detection System, Plumbing System for High Rise Building like Hospital/ Commercial building.
∎ Should be familiar with NBC, SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA-13, NFPA- 14, BNBC etc.
∎ Should validate design issues and suggest alternate solution in guidance with the Project Manager and Project Director.
∎ He will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design, drawings, documents, contract, technical specifications and quality plans as per local and international standards.
∎ Capable of independent evaluation, selection and application of standard engineering techniques and procedures with minimal guidance for unusual problems and unfamiliar systems.
∎ Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of Project.
∎ To supervise and close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall Sites/ Project Safety and Security.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Practical working experience in High Rise Building like Hospital Commercial.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD and creating construction/ working drawings.
∎ Excellence in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project.
