Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive bill from supplier.
∎ To receive GRN from factory.
∎ To match the GRN with related bill.
∎ To check the bill and entry the detail data in Mat plan.
∎ To forward the Bill to Finance.
∎ To follow up with Finance for payment.
∎ To collect cheque from Finance department & Handover to Supplier.
∎ To respond the supplier for their query.
∎ To manage issues for problematic bill.
∎ To arrange to expedite of issuance of GRN from factory.
∎ To arrange weekly meeting with suppliers to solve the problematic issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in software and related applications’ efficient usage.
∎ Ability of reporting through various tools.
∎ Experienced in data management & analysis.
∎ Proficient in communicating with multiple stakeholders.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
