∎ Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ BBA/MBA in Management or Masters in English will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Management Wing, MDs Secretariat

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
∎ Attend meetings and keep minutes.
∎ Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
∎ Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
∎ Make travel arrangements for executives.
∎ Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
∎ Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
∎ Scheduling the MD's task.
∎ Prepare different computerized report as per the requirement.
∎ Scheduling the MD's task.
∎ Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
∎ Typing, preparing and collating reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Training/Trade Course: Secretary, Confidentiality
∎ Skills Required: Very good in English writing and speaking Commercial, Email Communications, Foreign Correspondence.

Salary: Negotiable
