∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgical/Automobile Engineering from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, DUET with good academic results.
∎ However, educational requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates in relevant field.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Equipment, Industrial Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and marketing activities of construction & material handling equipment, industrial machineries, trucks as per ABP.
∎ Plan, coordinate and implement the sales strategy to generate sales, develop new clients, use market potential, improve market penetration specially in industrial sector.
∎ Identify prospective industry, define major group of companies and make long term business relationship.
∎ Visit prospective clients, attend queries and finalize sales.
∎ Meet sales target as defined by Management.
∎ Develop effective sales planning and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with target market.
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence report to support business & strategic planning.
∎ Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and business projection.
∎ Communication with Principles and share market information about the competitors.
∎ Generate various reports as and when required.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
