Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
∎ Provide insights to the management team to improve products and services.
∎ Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend improvements.
