Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from reputed Institution/ MBA in HRM.
∎ PGD in HRM will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Performance Management System, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will be responsible for executing plans allocated to strategic HR department.
∎ Monitoring about Prepare and update workers personal file.
∎ Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of HR related activities.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit and retain a high caliber workforce. Design and implement integrated talent management processes, systems and programs -Employee Training and Development, Career and Succession Planning.
∎ Regularly keep in touch with the management and factory to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
∎ Must have knowledge about Labor law 2006/2015.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Make recommendation on compensation design and strategy. Develop and communicate compensation policy. Manage cost/benefit. Optimize HR Infrastructure for payroll, data access, analysis and reporting (HRIS). Managing employee data and records management.
∎ Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
∎ Will be responsible for arranging, cross checking and summarizing performance evaluation reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Good Knowledge in Power point.
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla (MS Word & Excel).
∎ Training knowledge given and taken on HR.
∎ Good Physical Strength for hard works with fitness.
∎ Honest, Open Mind, Truthfulness & Good team player.
∎ Know how on KPI based performance appraisal will be given preferences.

Salary: Negotiable
