Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly and achieve 100% Inventory and batch accuracy for all products.
∎ Stock maintains physical & documentary following as FIFO.
∎ Ensure total security of the depot, including stock, cash, and assets.
∎ Prepare a delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
∎ Input orders into ERP systems and generate sales orders.
∎ Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly.
∎ Providing accurate costing to the customer.
∎ Arranging the delivery and collection of orders in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
∎ Carry out any other assignment given from time to time by the supervisor.
