∎ MBA / BBA in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Compensation & Benefits, General HR
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible on Attendance Management, Payroll Reporting, Monthly Salary Process & Management.
∎ Perform day to day Payroll Activities.
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll records.
∎ Updating & generating various HR reports
∎ To ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure
∎ Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
∎ Payment monthly salary within stipulated time of each month.
∎ Attend any other HR & Admin task as and when required.
∎ Must have experience in 10,000 staff & workers salary generation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
