Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Head of the Department for overall Marketing, Sales and reservation,
∎ Responsible for Domestic and international ticketing, booking reservation, refund, and reissue for the various clients (individuals or businesses).
∎ Provide professional and committed reservation and ticketing services of all countries to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated client.
∎ Expert on GDS like Amadeus, Galileo & Saber Expert knowledge of worldwide destinations, tours, and flights Expert on customized itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issue, reissue, and refund policies
∎ Providing up to date advice on travel regulations Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, and tour operators Coordination with individuals and corporate clients.
∎ Manage team members and proper guideline to the newly joining employees.
∎ Should have the new idea and scope of development.     Provide good customer support and assist to the team members.
∎ Should have Experience on Visa process, Hotel and Air ticket for all countries.
∎ Should have overall knowledge for all areas i.e “One Stop Service”
∎ Should have a good relationship with the travel agencies.
