Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, or Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in EEE or Mechanical with MBA will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Execution of Sales Action Plans:
∎ - Execution of business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ - Prepare action plans by individual as well as by team for effective search of sales
∎ - Contribute to annual sales / marketing plans, contribute to key- / target customers targeting.
∎ - Conduct market research and develop sales plans and updates periodically based on changing market scenarios
∎ Understanding the Customer and Client Relationships:
∎ - Study and understand customer requirement.
∎ - Study the loads (load pattern, mode of operation etc.) of the clients and offer them the right solution
∎ - Maintain high level of interaction with current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services.
∎ - To provide standard of professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level through effective and efficient management of individual portfolio and according to database of prospective and Existing clients.
∎ - Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through Communicating and coordinating with the other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
∎ Marketing Concepts and Positioning:
∎ - Remain informed and up to date with regards to Industry related news, Rival's activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally
∎ - Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales projection and performance
∎ - Find out new leads and prospective\ customer
∎ Commercial, Financial Planning and Strategy:
∎ - Submission of both financial and technical offers to the prospective customers on time.
∎ - update about L/C terms and conditions and financial solutions to be advised to customer.
∎ - Checking compatibility of engine specification with Tender documents
∎ - Prepare technical specifications for client to participate in Tenders
∎ Management reporting on Sales Performance:
∎ - Maintain accurate records of budget forecast, market share & competition
∎ - Attend and participate in workshops and training programs as and when offered.
∎ - Report factors for winning a deal or losing a deal and reports on competitor actions to HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Very good connections with other capital machineries suppliers
∎ Good connection with decision making authorities
∎ Good commercial knowledge specially on LC
∎ Very good communication skill,
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Very good interpersonal relationship skill
∎ Good Computing Skills
