∎ HSC or Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for bulk size-set sample sewing, to meet on time exit as per line load plan.
∎ Following up & arranging all trims & accessories to make size-set sample & other samples.
∎ Work with CAD & Sample team to make necessary technical corrections for bulk production before line feeding.
∎ Make process-wise finished pattern before proceeding with line layout, to ensure smooth execution of bulk production.
∎ Monitor to ensure Fit / Measurement Bulk size-set, pilot run and first bulk output is produced as per customer expectations.
∎ Attend Pre-Production (PP) meetings and discuss all technical issues which arose from the bulk size-set sample, with all respective persons to ensure that the product quality standard is being met.
∎ Provide needle size to the production floor, as per Thread TEX, Fabric-wise and Garments behaviors, to avoid garment rejection. Needle mark to execute bulk production.
∎ Finalize line-layout with mechanical & sample team to ensure friendly production process as per approval sample, and buyer requirements like as Kansai, feed of the arm, loop folder etc. to execute bulk production.
∎ Responsible for line lay out with the Technical Team, IE, and all line employees to establish smooth line layout on time.
∎ Give all technical decisions in a timely manner with the Technical Team to the production line to smoothly achieve production.
∎ As per line-load plan, before bulk production, make risk assessments with the Production, IE, Quality Assurance, Maintenance & Utility and Merchandising teams to reduce SMV and plan on how to minimize extra processes in the production line (I.e., extra marking, extra tack, rejection etc.).
∎ Review all first-output garments from the production line and make plans to minimize rejections, and communicate with the Production Dept. & Quality Assurance Dept. to achieve the quality standard as per buyer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in operations in Woven Garments.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the production processes, techniques, and equipment.
∎ Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve production issues.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in using manufacturing software and computer systems for data analysis and reporting.
∎ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
